  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine

Instructions

  • Season the shrimp and fry for 1-2 minutes in oil on both sides.

  • Remove the shrimp and sauté the garlic in butter.
